- Because of its size, China’s climate can vary from region to region, but can be broadly categorized into four seasons:
  • Spring | March to May: The time of year when many parts of China experience pleasant weather, making it a great time to visit various destinations.
  • Summer | June to August: It gets quite hot and humid this time of year so it’s best to enjoy the milder climate of Yunnan Province or Tibet.
  • Autumn | September to November: Generally comfortable weather, one of the best times to visit and admire the country’s natural beauty adorned with vibrant autumn foliage.
  • Winter | December to February: This season offers unique travel experiences especially if you enjoy the cold and winter sports.
